Field of activity
Handle IT support requests from the university community
Train users in the use of devices and software
Locate and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and communication networks
Intervene remotely and on-site on Windows and Macintosh workstations
Analyze and resolve support requests related to the University's business applications
Research and validate solutions for complex requests and incidents
Publish and maintain knowledge base articles
Requirements
Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field or equivalent training
Experience in a support environment
Proficiency in German with good knowledge of French
Good knowledge of English
Language requirements
French
with good knowledge of the other language
