Regional Manager, 80–100%

(Food Service, French-speaking Switzerland)

Start date: immediately or by arrangement

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a communicative, curious, and results-oriented personality who will passionately promote our organic beverages to the gastronomy and hotel industry in French-speaking Switzerland.

Your mission – For more organic in the glass

• You develop existing customer relationships in a targeted manner and acquire new partners in the Food Service sector (gastronomy / hotel industry).
• With creativity and perseverance, you prospect new clients through cold acquisition.
• You identify potentials with existing customers, plan your visits independently, and implement targeted commercial actions.
• Through continuous market and competitor analysis, you define concrete actions and carry them out.
• You efficiently manage administrative tasks, from updating the CRM to sales analyses.
• You achieve your sales and profitability targets linked to the bonus.
• Business trips: approx. 80% in French-speaking Switzerland.

Your profile – Passion for food

• Completed training in the commercial field, or in gastronomy or hotel management.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the beverage, food, or consumer goods sector.
• Convincing and authentic presentation, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of human contact.
• Comfortable with numbers, good command of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
• Excellent command of French as well as very good knowledge of German is essential.
• Residence desired in the Lausanne region.
