Job Description
- Handling samples and performing inoculations, incubations, and readings according to current standards/procedures
- Reading results
- Entering results into the LIMS
- Preparing culture media, reagents, and solutions
- Managing biological waste according to procedure
- Performing internal quality controls (blanks, positive and negative controls, air and surface quality, sterility control of rinse buffer solutions, sterilization cycle efficiency control, fertility control, etc.) and completing the corresponding quality documentation
- Performing basic laboratory maintenance: checking thermostat chamber temperatures, cleaning the laboratory, maintaining laboratory equipment, etc. and completing the corresponding quality documentation
- Participating in interlaboratory tests
- Participating in the management of microbiological non-conformities
- Preparing and actively participating in internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Training in microbiology or applied biology
- At least 3 years of experience in microbiological water analysis in a laboratory
- Experience and knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 practices
- Rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous
- Team spirit
Additional Information
The working language is French, level C1 is strictly required
Start date: As soon as possible
Work rate: 60% - Monday to Thursday (schedule distribution to be defined) – Permanent contract
