Skills
- CFC in commerce, ideally in construction or technical real estate.
- Autonomous, responsible, and organized with a methodical approach.
- Strong German or Swiss German communication skills.

- Establish purchase orders, awards, and company contracts
- Check and allocate creditor invoices in our fAPA software
- Control the proper execution of all maintenance contracts and periodicity and codifications
- Document all maintenance work and general information using the CareOffice software
- Assist technical managers in administrative and organizational tasks.
- Commercial employee CFC ideally in the construction or technical real estate field.
- Continuing education in building technical assistance
- Autonomous, sense of responsibility and organization
- Methodical and conscientious

- Comfortable with telephone contacts
- Easy use of common IT tools - MS-Office, CareOffice, fAPA)
- Good knowledge of German or spoken Swiss German.
