Your mission:
- Support the change of the tardoc catalog and the packages (new overall tariff structure)
- Provide telephone support and handle various contact letters between the hospital, insurers, and patients
- Collaborate with the different healthcare stakeholders
- Perform office and administrative work (filing, sorting mail, and entering services)
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Insurance knowledge (LAMal, LAA, etc.), an asset
- Several years of experience in the administrative field
- Mastery of the French language with very good knowledge of German
- Proficiency in IT and office tools (including Opale and Polypoint)
- Ability to communicate, convince, and work independently and in a team

- You collaborate with the various actors in the healthcare sector.
- You perform office and administrative tasks (filing, sorting correspondence, and recording services).
Profile
- Commercial employee EFZ or equivalent training
- Knowledge of the insurance system (KVG, UVG, etc.) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the administrative field
- French with very good knowledge of German
- Proficient in common IT and office software (including Opale and Polypoint)
- Communication skills, persuasiveness, independent working style, and teamwork
