You are responsible for the proper functioning of the network perimeter, its technical evolution, and alignment with defined standards and strategy. You coordinate the team's activities, supervise critical operations, and actively contribute to structuring projects.
Supervise, support, and develop the skills of team members
Plan, prioritize, and distribute activities ensuring deadlines are met
Monitor workload, organize and lead team meetings
Define, implement, and evolve internal procedures
Develop a spirit of collaboration, mutual support, and quality service
Oversee the handling of service requests, changes, and network configurations
Validate and coordinate the management of complex incidents (level 3)
Ensure the quality of monitoring and analyze performance indicators
Initiate and drive necessary corrective actions
Ensure availability and high availability of critical environments
Contribute to the design and evolution of LAN, WAN, and datacenter infrastructures
Lead or supervise the deployment of new network and security standards
Coordinate continuous security improvement (segmentation, NAC, L4/L7 filtering, proxy, authentication)
Participate in major technical projects (critical solutions, mobility, IoT, sensitive infrastructures)
Work closely with systems, security, application, and architecture teams
Manage relationships with business managers and partners
Provide regular reporting to management (risks, incidents, projects)
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards
Higher education in computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent
At least 10 years of proven experience in network administration and security
First successful experience in management or technical supervision
Excellent mastery of routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MSTP, VTP) in Cisco environments
Strong experience with firewall technologies (clusters, zoning, L4/L7 filtering)
Certifications appreciated: CCNA / CCNP
Appreciated knowledge:
NAC (Cisco ISE), Wi-Fi (Cisco, Aruba), Fortinet
Automation (Python, Ansible, API)
Microsoft, Linux environments and open source tools
Natural leadership and ability to unite a technical team
Service orientation, pedagogy, listening, and clear communication
Rigor, organization, pragmatism, and initiative
Ability to manage priorities and emergency situations
Results orientation and respect for procedures
French: excellent oral and written proficiency
English: good required technical level
