Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking to strengthen our order processing in CH-Hünenberg with an Export Clerk (m/f/d) / 60 - 100%. Your tasks will include:
- Processing/coordinating customer and supplier orders within the European area
- Creating shipping and export documents, invoices
- Organizing transports, monitoring delivery dates, troubleshooting
- Availability control of ordered items
- Coordination of warehouse at our contract manufacturers
- Assistance with projects
What you bring: - A completed commercial education as well as further training in the area of export/VAT
- Solid several years of experience in import, export, material disposition
- Customer-oriented working style
- Confident German skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Good MS Office skills and IT affinity
- Communicative and flexible personality
