This includes the specialist areas of social assistance, advance payment of alimony, asylum and refugee affairs, and parental contributions. In the area of social assistance and asylum:
- Verification of the support obligation of individuals or families
- Independent management of case files and the associated administrative work
- Support and advice for people in different life situations
- Clarification and assertion of preliminary/subsidiary benefits
- Cooperation with internal and external specialist offices, social insurances, and authorities
In the area of advance payment of alimony/collection assistance:
- Independent handling of advance payment and collection cases of alimony
- Advice on various questions regarding alimony assistance
- Contact and correspondence with entitled and obligated persons
- Professional experience in a similar function
- Good expertise in the field of social assistance/advance payment of alimony
- Further training in the field of social assistance or specialist certificate in social insurance
- Flair for dealing with numbers (independent bookkeeping)
- Good IT skills (MS Office/Tutoris) desired
- Reliable, independent, and precise work
- Resilience, assertiveness, and ability to set boundaries
- Appreciative/respectful interaction with different stakeholder groups
