Team Lead Facility Management Technics

• Technical, personnel, administrative and organizational management of technical building management HVACSE (Team TGM)
• Technical support for the Head of Facility Management
• Independently carry out project work in the field of technical building management / HVACSE
• Responsibility for maintenance, repair and further development of building technical systems
• Responsibility as system operator for the electrical network on the RUAG site
• Responsible for the supplement and archiving of the documentation of technical installations
• Technical expert for internal and external specialist and control bodies (SEV, ESTI)
• On-site contact person for tenants and those responsible regarding building technical systems
• Ongoing operational optimization and participation in the budget process
• Committed participation in construction and conversion projects
• Leading external building technology planners and executing companies HVACSE

• Higher technical education at diploma or university level as electrical project manager, electrical technician HF and/or federally certified electrical installer (master examination)
• Successfully completed vocational training in the electrical field
• Experience in comprehensive modern building management (HVACSE) including building control system
• Several years of qualified professional and leadership experience in a similar position
• Strong analytical skills and solid IT user knowledge (MS Office applications)
• Persistent, independent, goal-oriented working style, team player and service-oriented
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Self-understanding for quality, economic efficiency and sustainability
• Willingness for on-call duty and further training
