Comprehensive organization and coordination of the housekeeping areas:
Housekeeping, Laundry, and Technical Service
- Training as a department head in Hospitality and Housekeeping FA or Operations Manager Facility Management HF
- Several years of leadership experience in managing teams and housekeeping areas

Comprehensive organization and coordination of the housekeeping areas:
Housekeeping, Laundry, and Technical Service
- Direct leadership and promotion of employees in the areas of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Technical Service
- Ensuring and further developing our high quality standards and guidelines
- Creation and monitoring of work schedules as well as implementation of
- Co-design of an efficient and economical operational process
- Active participation in the housekeeping areas - with a role model function
- Training and support of apprentices
- Personnel planning, development, and qualification management
- Training as a department head in Hospitality and Housekeeping FA or Operations Manager Facility Management HF
- Several years of leadership experience in managing teams and housekeeping areas
- Solid knowledge in personnel development and planning
- BESIBE qualification or willingness for further training
- Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Strong communication skills and pronounced interface competence
- Organizational talent, coordination skills, and a good sense for people
- Leadership style characterized by appreciation, clarity, and empathy
- Understanding of the individual needs of our residents
