Your main tasks:
- Personnel and professional leadership of a team
- Participation in operations
- Creation of deployment plans
- Deputy of the Technical Manager
- Maintenance of HVACSE trades
- Inspections, troubleshooting, and fault correction
- Accompanying and supervising external companies
- Performing maintenance and repairs
- Checking operating data and investigating possible weak points
- Material orders
- Providing on-call service
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the HVAC field or an equivalent qualification (electrician, caretaker, sanitary)
- NIV15 advantageous
- Experience in maintenance and service work
- Leadership experience advantageous
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends (7-day operation)
- High service orientation and good appearance
- Impeccable reputation
