Your Tasks
- Support the smooth process in the engine cell (disassembly/assembly of engines)
- Compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines
- Participation in 5S and continuous process improvement
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating resources
- Independent and economical working
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training (EBA) or comparable experience
- Precise, responsible, and independent working style
- Team player, communicative, resilient, and flexible
- Very good German skills (B2) and basic English knowledge (A2)
- Work is performed in a 2-shift system
