The Office for Financial Services is responsible for the cantonal accounting, supports decentralized accounting departments, manages the cantonal assets, controls payment transactions, and prepares the annual financial statements. It also manages the canton’s financial and logistics applications. With the program "Further Development of Accounting and Financial Management," we are modernizing the financial organization, optimizing processes, implementing HRM2 consistently, and creating the basis for continuous development and digital potential.

Business Analyst SAP and Financial Processes (m/f/d)

What to expect
- You take on a central role in a large transformation program to further develop accounting and financial processes
- You analyze, document, and optimize financial processes with a focus on SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO/PS)
- You model and visualize workflows with Signavio (BPMN 2.0)
- You gather requirements and accompany the implementation together with specialist departments and IT
- You actively participate in SAP projects – from migrations through customizing to the introduction of new functionalities
- You conduct workshops and training sessions and take on tasks in test management as well as rollouts
- You work in a dedicated team that values collaboration, mutual support, and joint solutions
What distinguishes you
- You have a university degree in business informatics, business administration, financial management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified auditor, controller)
- You have experience as a business analyst in the financial sector or public sector
- You have solid knowledge of SAP ERP, ideally SAP S/4HANA
- You master process modeling (e.g., Signavio, BPMN 2.0) and requirements engineering
- You think analytically, work in a structured way, and show high initiative and willingness to learn
- You communicate clearly and convincingly and enjoy working in a team
- You are enthusiastic about digitalization, modern financial processes, and the opportunity to effect real change
