Your Challenge:
In our production, you can expect varied activities – depending on the area of deployment in the sausage making or curing department.
In the sausage making department:
- Assembling batches according to recipe
- Producing sausage mixtures and semi-finished products
- Filling and finishing various sausages
- Preparing raw materials
In the curing department:
- Salting and curing of ham and raw cured products
- Operating and coordinating modern tumbler systems
- Producing high-quality ham products
- Manufacturing various blanks
Your Profile:
- You have completed vocational training as a certified meat specialist EFZ or as a meat assistant EBA.
- Initial experience in your profession is an advantage.
- You are in good physical condition and also have PC user skills. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Flexible working hours and starting work at 5:00 a.m. are not a problem for you.
- Your profile is rounded off by very good German language skills.
