Branch Manager / Store Manager 100%

Your Tasks

• You actively contribute to the implementation of our corporate strategy and are significantly involved in achieving budget and cost targets
• You take responsibility for the personnel management and development of the team, thus promoting their growth and motivation
• You inspire our customers with your extensive product knowledge and ensure that every purchase becomes an unforgettable experience
• You ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are maintained at all times
• You take care of orders and monitor stock levels, ensuring that sufficient goods are always available

Your Profile 

• You have completed training in retail and have successfully furthered your education to become a retail specialist or in a similar direction, which is an advantage
• Thanks to your solid business knowledge, you have a pronounced understanding of economic relationships and can act strategically
• Your high leadership and social competence makes it easy for you to act as a role model and inspire the team
• You always keep an overview, even when it comes to juggling multiple tasks at the same time
• You are proficient in using MS Office and inventory management systems, ideally also with SAP R/3
• You are willing to actively support the team on Saturdays and Sundays
