The adult women and men in Schwarzenbach live together in a large single-family house. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a varied daily routine with occupational activities, work in the studio, and various therapy offerings.

Tasks

• Leadership of around 25 employees in personnel, professional, and organizational matters
  
• Responsibility for optimizing and further developing the residential group structure
  
• Responsibility for resource-oriented promotion, support, and care, annual and daily planning as well as occupation of the ten residents
  
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and other professionals
• Responsibility for the care and support process and its documentation
• Responsibility for the organization of housekeeping
• Co-responsibility for the organization of maintenance of the building infrastructure
• Reporting and exchange at the Wittenbach site
• Implementation of the mission statement and concepts of the Kronbühl Foundation 
  
• Implementation of quality management and participation in development
  

Profile

• Training as a social pedagogue HF or FH
  
• Additional training and experience in leadership
  
• Experience working with people with disabilities
  
• Sense of responsibility, social competence, and empathy
• High commitment and resilience
• Above-average organizational and planning skills
