Historical site, the Pâquis site housed the first infirmary of Morges in the 19th century, then the city's first hospital, before being converted into a nursing home in the 1970s. With its renovated premises, the site hosts part of the administrative functions of the EHC, such as human resources, finance, and information systems. The "Pâquis" site regained its medical purpose with the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, becoming one of the canton’s largest testing and vaccination centers. This site now houses the Pâquis Medical Center, the endocrinology-diabetology center, and the infusion center.
We are looking for a:
Litigation Manager M/F at 80-100%

- An autonomous position within a team of four people in close contact with the accounting manager, located five minutes on foot from Morges train station.

YOU HAVE
- A commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- Confirmed experience in both hospital billing and litigation management.
- Knowledge of Tarmed and insurances (LAMal, LAA, AI) is an asset.
- The ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
- Mastery of common IT tools and knowledge of Opale.
- A communicative personality, comfortable in negotiation and service-oriented.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Manage unpaid invoice files related to outpatient services covered by social insurances.
- Monitor payment deadlines of health insurance funds, accident insurances, and other social organizations.
- Handle coverage refusals, prepare appeals, and ensure follow-up with insurers and internally.
- Collaborate with medical, financial, and legal services to document files.
- Control insurer reimbursements and identify discrepancies or disputes.
- Contribute to improving internal litigation management processes to reduce collection times.
- Provide support to the patient litigation team during debt collection and bankruptcy procedures according to Swiss law (LP) when necessary.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring on LAMal, LAA, AI developments and their impact on procedures.
