The team of hotelF1 Paris Porte de Chatillon is looking for its future Receptionist,
To join our team, you must have :
- A sense of sharing, to provide our customers with a unique, personalized, and unforgettable welcome,
- Aspiration, to animate our hotel and optimize turnover,
- Love challenges and be smiling.
- Speak English and/or a second language
- Welcome customers, contribute to their loyalty through warm relationships and ensure permanent quality of service
- Anticipate and manage any situation to guarantee customer satisfaction and experience
- Register, track reservations and ensure optimal control of bookings
- Have a sales mindset to optimize turnover
- Ensure the application of internal audit procedures for securing turnover (billing and payments)
