About the job

• Professional management of the secretariat with all administrative and organizational tasks
• Appointment and daily planning of the chief physician as well as appointment coordination of the medical management
• Writing demanding documents based on keywords or independently with specialized terminology (also in several foreign languages)
• Organization of consultation hours
• Personnel administrative tasks (responsibility for planning sheets PEP, duty planning of doctors)
• Organization of participation in congresses and events
• Co-design and further development of the administrative and organizational processes of the secretariat

• Completed commercial training with appropriate further education (e.g. executive assistant, chief physician secretary)
• Clinical experience with good knowledge of medical terminology desired
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
• Strong service orientation, precise and structured working style as well as very good organizational skills
• High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, teamwork and flexibility
• Positive attitude, friendly and confident appearance as well as discretion and loyalty
• Very good IT user skills (e.g. MS Office, SAP, clinical software)
