Your main tasks are

• Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate
• Co-responsibility for the professional leadership and
  promotion of trainees/interns
  in the specialist area
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance
  and development in connection with the
  training of trainees/interns
• Participation in the qualification process of trainees/interns
• Collaboration in the creation of processes
  and goals as well as documentation related to
  vocational training
• Interdisciplinary cooperation, also with other professional groups
• Deployment in care and support You have
• Completed training as a Health Specialist
  (FaGe EFZ) and at least 2 years of professional
  experience in long-term care
• Completed vocational trainer course (5 days) or willingness to complete it
• High independence and flexibility
