Sales Back Office Specialist (a, 100%)

Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a successful Swiss industrial company based in Fehraltorf with around 700 employees. We are a leading contract packer as well as a manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for medical technology and pharmaceutical products.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Fehraltorf with a: 

Your role with us:

• Creating new articles in cooperation with the relevant interfaces (Engineering)
• Calculation and quotation of packaging materials in coordination with Sales/Key Account Management
• Review and management of contracts, orders, article specifications (including revisions) of all order-relevant documents
• Recording and processing of orders in the area of packaging materials and contract packaging
• Management of customer portals, especially for forecast-based deliveries and VMI
• Maintenance and updating of master data in the ERP system
• Coordination and alignment with internal and external interfaces to clarify product questions
• Monitoring and control of delivery dates, including coordination with production planning
• Preparation of shipping documents, billing and handling of export formalities as well as organization of transports

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training or technical basic training with commercial further education
• Professional experience in sales back office in an industrial environment or in a production company
• Flawless communication in German and English (at least level B2)
• Team-oriented personality, negotiation skills, good assertiveness as well as punctuality
• D365 / Dynamics knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in customs formalities is an advantage
