What to expect
- Insurance medical assessments: You take over the triage and processing of trusted medical inquiries, evaluate medical reports, and create well-founded recommendations within the framework of a delegation concept.
- Interfaces and professional exchange: You are in close contact with our service departments. You coordinate inquiries and information with service providers and customers to optimally clarify medical matters.
- Communication management: You are the contact person for customers, service providers, other external and internal offices – answer questions, clarify concerns professionally, and find solution-oriented ways even in challenging situations.
- Projects, processes, and quality assurance: You identify optimization potential in daily business and contribute to the further development of processes and quality standards. You make your knowledge available in projects and working groups.
- Organization and administration: You manage incoming mail (digital and physical), complete documentation, process feedback from customers and service providers, and formulate professional, clear responses to ensure a smooth daily routine.
What you bring
- Completed nursing/medical basic training or equivalent qualifications
- Several years of clinical experience and ideally experience in the insurance medical environment
- Quick comprehension, analytical and efficient working style
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly present complex medical-legal issues
- Confident communication in German; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office; SYRIUS knowledge is an advantage
