Your main tasks:
- Operating and monitoring building services systems
- Repairs in the electrical area
- Organizing and carrying out repair and maintenance work
- Conducting building inspections and quality controls including reporting
- Processing customer orders in the technical and infrastructural area
- Coordinating and accompanying third-party companies
- On-call service
Your profile:
- Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Several years of experience in a comparable function
- Good PC skills and affinity for handling various specific tools
- Driver's license category B
- Independent, precise and well-organized way of working
- Strong customer and service orientation
