Your Area of Responsibility

As a social worker, you provide resource- and solution-oriented advice to people with physical, mental, or cognitive disabilities. Equality and an inclusive society are important to you. You handle the administrative tasks that arise confidently and reliably. You are professionally skilled and a reflective personality. As a communicative, resilient, and open person, you maintain a respectful and appreciative interaction with clients and within the team.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in social work
• Experience in social counseling, preferably for people with disabilities
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the field of social insurance
• Basic knowledge in systemic counseling or the willingness to acquire it
• Enjoyment of networking and teamwork
• Planning, organizational, and administrative skills
• Experience in dealing with new information and communication technologies
