For our Residenz Südpark in Basel, we are looking for an employee in administration 100% from May 1, 2026, limited until October 31, 2026.
The Südpark is a high-quality residence for the urban population from the third stage of life and is operated in the style of a boutique hotel with 103 stylish apartments, individualized services for the residents, and 28 single rooms for inpatient care.
Your area of responsibility
- Handling all administrative matters including accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
- Reception service with general secretarial duties
- Move-in and move-out administration
- Processing the contract matters of the residents
- Managing office supplies including ordering

You bring with you
- Commercial basic training
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Proven professional experience in administration or reception in a comparable institution or in an upscale hotel operation
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Dynamics 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Lobos is an advantage
You are resilient and work independently and reliably. You have an efficient working style as well as a high quality standard and are characterized by strong customer orientation and pronounced service thinking.
