What to expect

Modeling and maintenance of role and permission structures in the IAM system
Technical implementation of functionally defined access requirements
Operational management of joiner–mover–leaver processes
Processing of access requests and resolution of permission issues
Coordination and execution of recertifications
Ensuring compliance with SoD rules, standards, and documentation requirements
Monitoring IAM workflows and ensuring high data quality
Conducting operational controls including exception and emergency access handling
Preparation of audit evidence and handling of findings
Creation and analysis of run KPI reports (SLA, recertification rate, exception rate) to manage operational activities

What you bring

Successfully completed IT training or studies (university, university of applied sciences, college) or comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in IAM (design and operation), ideally with Quest One Identity Manager
Solid knowledge of role and permission concepts, SoD, and recertification processes
Good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FINMA / ISMS)
Experience in application management or a comparable IT operations role
Structured, precise, and documentation-secure working style
High integrity and assertiveness in the tension between business and IT
Ability to effectively combine conceptual design and operational implementation
