To strengthen our team, we are looking for an
Commis de Cuisine Pastry 100% (m/f/i)
This demanding task includes the preparation of dishes in the pastry section for our various restaurants, according to the specifications of our restaurant concepts. You will always adhere to the guidelines of our standards for events and catering (from self-service buffets to upscale 5* events). You are also responsible for the mise en place as well as order and cleanliness at the respective workstation.
You speak German, understand English, are flexible, creative, service-oriented, and work calmly and precisely even under time and work pressure. You show a high level of commitment, are reliable, and enjoy working in a young, dynamic team. A completed vocational training as a cook or confectioner/pastry chef and initial professional experience in the pastry section are required. You bring enthusiasm for your profession and enjoy working at a high-quality level.
