About the job
What to expect
- Independent handling of payment transactions and foreign exchange purchases
- Reconciliation and posting of direct debit collections
- Monitoring and processing of advance payments
- Processing of supplier reminders and maintenance of open item lists
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintenance and updating of relevant supplier master data
- Ensuring efficient and secure execution of payment transactions as well as monitoring security standards
- Further support with general tasks of the finance department as directed by the supervisor
What you bring
- Completed commercial training and experience in payment transactions
- Sound knowledge of payment transactions and foreign exchange processing is a must
- Experience in maintaining supplier master data
- Good IT skills, especially common accounting software (Navision is an advantage)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Trusted person with highest reliability and integrity
- A precise, structured and independent way of working as well as teamwork and flexibility
- Enjoyment in the digitalization of processes
