As Project Manager: Development and Processes, you take on a crucial role in developing our innovative baked goods as well as optimizing recipes and manufacturing processes.
Your future main tasks:
- Develop market-ready baked goods in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and production
- Review alternative raw materials and optimize existing recipes, products, and manufacturing processes
- Support production in the continuous improvement of technical conditions and reduction of waste
- Participate in the evaluation and procurement of new and replacement equipment
Your ideal qualifications:
- Completed basic training (EFZ) as well as further education at HF or FH level in the food sector
- Several years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally in the baked goods sector
- Very good MS Office skills
- Creative personality with technical interest and an independent, systematic way of working
