About the job
About the Position
In this role, you take on the professional responsibility for the further development of our warehouse and material flow processes at the site. You analyze existing structures, identify optimization potentials, and design sustainable improvements along the entire logistics chain. You act as a central interface between operations, planning, and SAP processes (MM/WM/EWM) and actively contribute to performance and efficiency improvements.
What You Can Achieve
Process Responsibility:
Responsibility for the continuous optimization of warehouse and material flow processes
Analysis and further development of KPIs (quality, inventory, throughput times, productivity)
Identification and implementation of efficiency enhancement measures
Ensuring data quality and process stability in SAP (MM/WM/EWM)
Opportunity to take responsibility for SIBE as well as KVP regarding HSE topics
Expansion of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and training
Projects & Further Development:
Leadership and implementation of improvement and digitization projects
Development of layout and structural concepts
Implementation of lean methods
Creation of process standards and best practices
Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
What You Bring
Completed advanced technical college or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in warehouse logistics or production logistics (ideally 8–10 years)
Proven experience in process optimization & performance management
Very good SAP knowledge (MM/WM/EWM) and confident handling of MS Office
Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Ability to professionally support operational teams without direct leadership responsibility
Structured, solution-oriented, proactive, and hands-on working style combined with strong communication skills
Very good German and English skills (B2)
