Your tasks
- With an as low-threshold as possible access for an administration as well as quick support and advice, we ensure that the situation of our clients stabilizes and that they are supported in their need for a financially independent life. Our main task is the correct subsistence security by checking, assessing, and enforcing the entitlement to social assistance and the corresponding rules. At the same time, we advise the clients to help them improve their current situation. All this is done through conversations and a lot of administrative work. If longer financial support is expected, we hand over the case management to the counseling team of social counseling.
Your profile
- We wish for a likeable social worker with a positive attitude and a strong identification with our methodological principles. We also want someone with a quick grasp as well as an efficient, high-quality working style and good skills in the administrative area. If you have a diploma from a school of social work, professional experience in social assistance, and experience in the social insurance sector, you belong to our desired candidates.
