Health Specialist in Night Shift (60%)
Your Tasks
- You ensure individual, holistic, and resident-oriented care and support that focuses on the quality of life of the residents
- You actively support the residents in maintaining and promoting their existing abilities and involve them in decisions regarding their care
- You recognize early changes in the health status of the residents, document them precisely, and initiate appropriate measures
- You maintain an empathetic and transparent exchange with relatives and contact persons and are available as a competent contact person
- You actively participate in the further development of our care quality and contribute your ideas to optimize processes

- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Pride in your important, meaningful, and versatile profession

- You have a big heart for elderly people and value appreciative, empathetic, and resident-centered care
