What Awaits You
As a temporary worker, you will take on the group leadership of a mixed-age group for a fixed term of 1 year and care for our kids during this time according to the pedagogical guidelines in the nursery, being professional, responsible, and loving, thus providing the optimal complement to the children's family life.
In our Baloise nursery "Bal4Kids" we care for around 70 children aged 4 months to 14 years.
Everyday life with the kids is colorful:
- You are empathetic with the children entrusted to us, play with them, care for them, promote their development, and provide structure to their day.
- You help organize events with us.
- You take on smaller household tasks.
- You supervise a trainee in your group and support them with all that you already know.
What We Expect
Commitment, passion, and humor! You greatly enjoy working with small children, and even in hectic situations, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview. You are helpful, share your knowledge and experiences, and complement us in the team.

Your qualifications:
- Training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) or equivalent qualification
- Very good German
- Experience as a group leader
- Experience in supervising trainees
