About the job
Your tasks- Professional, organizational and disciplinary leadership of the purchasing team (5 employees) in strategic and operational areas
- Further development, optimization and standardization of purchasing processes as well as active participation in the internal corporate purchasing strategy
- Development and review of purchasing and supply strategy in coordination with the corporate strategy, including the development of new global sourcing channels
- Active supplier management with negotiation, contract conclusion, supplier evaluation and development according to QS
- Ensuring procurement (forecast planning, material availability for customer projects), support of projects (new developments/redesign) as well as preparation of reports
Your profile
- Federal diploma purchaser with technical flair or training in supply chain management; business administration training is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position in purchasing
- Strong organizational skills, systematic thinking as well as decision-making and assertiveness
- Team-oriented and communicative personality with independent, resilient and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written as well as very good SAP and MS Office skills
