The Social Assistance Service – composed of 22 social assistants managed by 2 team leaders and led by a Service Manager – has the mission of providing social assistance to refugees who are not financially autonomous. The teams follow them individually, establish budgets, and provide them with material and personal assistance in accordance with cantonal law and the principle of subsidiarity.
