The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, housing, and therapy for children and adolescents from 4 to 20 years old in Fehraltorf. From November 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement for our team.
Employee Secretariat 40%
(flexibly distributed on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
These are your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for parents, legal representatives, and external guests – and thus the friendly face (and voice) of Ilgenhalde
- You carefully maintain the data of the children and adolescents in our systems
- You manage telephone and email channels and take care of the daily mail
- You support the coordination of various interfaces and appointments
- In close exchange with the team, you continuously coordinate and take on an important hub function
This is what you bring:
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Team player, responsible, reliable, and helpful
Confident oral and written expression in German
- Experience in the school environment is an advantage
