The Alato Music School offers students of all ages from the municipalities of Illnau-Effretikon, Dietlikon, Lindau, and Wallisellen a high-quality musical education in individual and group lessons. To complement the music school's secretariat, we are looking for a dedicated person starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement, in an annual working time model with assignments mainly during teaching weeks,
YOUR TASKS IN THIS POSITION ARE:
- Co-responsibility for student administration as a contact person for students, parents, and teachers
- Creation of flyers, posters, and smaller publications using InDesign
- Maintenance of the music school website and processing of the newsletter
- Collaboration in organizing music school events such as the Alato music camp, action days, and workshops
- Assumption of general administrative tasks
- If needed and qualified, taking on small projects is possible
YOUR PROFILE FITS PERFECTLY IF YOU:
- have completed a commercial education or an equivalent qualification
- have professional experience in a comparable environment
- have very good oral and written communication skills in German
- possess solid IT user skills and are motivated to learn new things
- enjoy working independently due to your organizational skills
- ideally have a personal connection to music
- are willing to occasionally participate in events in the evening or on weekends
