About 30 employees from the disciplines of General Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology or Osteology as well as Sports Physiotherapy, Pain Therapy, Performance Diagnostics or Medical Massage work interprofessionally together.

Organization and optimization of practice processes for smooth operation
Supervision and support of trainees during their training
Onboarding of new employees and ensuring their integration into the team
IT key user and participation in site management to further develop the practice
What you bring
Completed training as an MPA with additional qualification as MPK or comparable training
Leadership experience, ideally in a deputy or similar leadership role
Team player with leadership qualities and joy in guiding and developing employees
Experience and knowledge in laboratory, X-ray, and infusions
IT affinity as well as confident handling of IT systems
Trainer qualification and experience in the commercial area
