Your main tasks:
- Carrying out additional orders and projects (repairs / conversions / renovation projects) offer preparation, scheduling, construction management, billing
- Developing offers and project descriptions in collaboration with the respective builders
- Preparing cost estimates and implementation requests
- Order and contract management, work and warranty acceptance, reporting as well as project administration
- Optional: Technical support of ISS building technicians on site (HVACSE)
Your profile:
- Technical basic training in the field of HVAC or electrical engineering
- Project management experience in the field of conversions and dismantling
- Several years of experience in project implementation, a great advantage in the banking sector
- Independent working style, organizational skills, natural assertiveness
- Team player: Enjoy working closely with building managers, specialists, and suppliers
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- English skills are an advantage
- Impeccable reputation
