Manager: Partnerships oneplus.ch (a) 80 - 100 %

• you open up new sales partners and build strategic cooperations for our streaming service oneplus.ch 
• you develop creative and scalable cooperation models to open up new sales channels 
• you conduct contract negotiations and work closely with internal teams such as Legal, Digital Business, and Marketing 
• you manage the operational implementation of new partnerships and ensure a smooth rollout in collaboration with the team 
• you monitor the performance of our cooperations and derive optimization measures 
• you are part of a team with exciting growth plans for the future of streaming 

• you have experience in business development, partner management, sales, or strategic alliances 
• you know the Swiss market and ideally have worked with partners from various industries 
• you have a strong affinity for digital products, media, TV, and streaming 
• you think analytically, can manage complex projects, and negotiate confidently 
• you act entrepreneurially, work solution-oriented, and communicate fluently in German and English
• you have completed education or training in marketing, communication, business, or comparable fields
