How you can make a difference
- Support our modern and advanced IT end-user environment
- Assist your colleagues in first- and second-level user support on-site and remotely
- Manage our Windows PCs, Macs, smartphones, conference rooms, and multimedia devices on site
- Operate and maintain the workstations and their technical infrastructure
- Actively contribute your know-how in various IT projects
Who we are looking for
- You are an open and curious person who thrives working in a dynamic environment
- After completing your IT apprenticeship EFZ, you have gained several years (2+) of professional experience in a comparable position
- In your career so far, you have acquired solid knowledge in supporting Windows clients and Microsoft 365 as well as in handling ITIL-based ticket systems and processes
- Ideally, you have experience with hardware and software for conference rooms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hubs)
