This is what you will do
Among other things, you will jointly manage the administration of the regional joint commission for temporary employment with your colleagues. You support the specialists and management in various administrative tasks, respond to inquiries from third parties in writing and by phone, and draft correspondence according to guidelines.
This is what you bring
- You have a commercial education as well as several years of professional experience in a similar position.
- You are responsible, enjoy telephone and direct contact with customers, and take pleasure in working independently.
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C2); knowledge of another national language helps you in daily dealings with customers and colleagues.
- You possess solid IT skills, are familiar with common hardware and software systems, and have a strong affinity for numbers.
- Efficient, independent, and precise work is a matter of course for you.
- Your interest in political topics, conceptual thinking, and the ability to present solution options complete your profile.
