- Conceptualization, design, and further development of resilient IAM architectures and platforms in the enterprise environment
- Responsibility for co-design in a broadly positioned IAM: provisioning/deprovisioning, access governance, authorization, role and policy models in hybrid infrastructures
- Technical and professional leadership: establish standards, best practices, and security-by-design; drive engineering in software, system, and security areas; mentoring, coaching, and teaching within the team
- Moderate collaboration: co-create vision and strategy, find solutions together, and achieve decision-capable results
- Innovation and roadmap: evaluate trends and new technologies, co-design AI powered solution delivery, plan meaningful adoption, and continuously keep a future-proof IAM roadmap up to date
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Very good architectural understanding and several years of architecture/engineering experience (software, system & security) with a pronounced security mindset
- Solid IGA/IAM domain knowledge, familiar with IAM and security solutions and enterprise IAM in hybrid environments as well as solid authentication skills
- Proven experience as a technical/professional lead, networked thinking, and the ability to bring together different teams and perspectives
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, very good German and English skills
- High learning motivation, familiar with trends and new technologies, and motivated to always stay up to date
