What you will do here
- Collaborate in research projects in the field of systemic conflict management and/or resilience in organizations as well as plan, acquire, conduct, lead, and evaluate initial research and development projects
- Write initial scientific and professional publications
- Participate with own contributions at conferences, congresses, and events
- Contribute to teaching in the bachelor's degree program if needed (conduct courses as well as supervise student papers, internships, and bachelor theses)
- Take on further content-related and organizational tasks at the Institute for Consulting, Mediation, Supervision
What you ideally bring
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields (obtained or imminent)
- Willingness to develop a profile in university teaching and research and actively shape your own development; interest in a doctorate is desired
- Knowledge of qualitative social research is desired, ideally in the mentioned subject area; additional knowledge in quantitative social research is an advantage
- Knowledge of the systemic approach or motivation to acquire it
- Initial experience in university teaching or willingness to acquire it, including appropriate further training in university didactics
- Experience in project work
