What you can achieve
- Management of the school secretariat
- Independent handling of demanding administrative and organizational correspondence tasks
- Organization of the Matura exams and FMS exams
- Support of student administration
- Planning and organization of various events
- Preparation and dispatch of certificates and promotion decisions
- Training of commercial apprentices
- Targeted communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation and minute-taking of meetings
- As the first point of contact, you are a competent and reliable contact person for teachers, students, parents, and external partners
What distinguishes you for this
- Commercial basic training with additional further education, e.g. as an executive assistant or a comparable qualification
- Experience as an assistant to management, the rectorate, or in a similar function
- Confident oral and written expression
- Very good IT skills
- Reliable, precise, and independent working style
- Strong organizational talent with a high quality awareness
- Discretion and reliability combined with a pronounced sense of responsibility
- Good team and communication skills, flexibility, resilience
- Networked thinking and quick comprehension as well as exemplary manners
