The Doctrine division of the Criminal Police deals with the systematic preparation, maintenance, and further development of criminal police expertise. The goal is to provide practical methods, insights, and working bases in an understandable, structured, and application-oriented form – for use in everyday criminal police work as well as in training and continuing education measures.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for by agreement a
Your main tasks:
- Identifying clarification and training needs based on findings from report control, quality assurance, feedback from the public prosecutor's office, legal changes, and the needs of internal and external partner organizations
- Developing binding foundations, such as work instructions, internal agreements (e.g., with the public prosecutor's office), checklists, and other aids to ensure uniform and correct working methods
- Didactic preparation of criminal police training content, including the creation of presentations, lesson plans, training materials, and other didactic materials
- Planning and organizing instruction days, including content design, group division, selection of participants, and coordination of instructors
- Conducting training for instructors as well as for criminal police employees within the framework of internal continuing education offers
Your profile:
- Police officer with a federal specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in the police environment, ideally with a criminal police reference
- Sound knowledge of criminal and criminal procedure law or willingness to acquire the necessary expertise through further training
- Strong didactic and communication skills, especially in dealing with complex content and heterogeneous target groups
- A high level of organizational and negotiation skills, combined with a structured, goal-oriented way of working
- Persuasiveness, teamwork skills, and a confident appearance in contact with internal and external partners
