Your tasks
- Communicate analysis results
- Handle complaints from medical offices, clinics, and hospitals
- Advise doctors on pre-analytical protocols
- Handle non-compliance cases and file modifications
- Record requests for
home sampling
- Add analysis
What you bring
Technical:
- Scientific or medical training (laboratory technician diploma or medical assistant)
- Good knowledge of common medical analyses, typical results, and analytical protocols
- In-depth knowledge of medical office and hospital practices with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Comfortable with computer tools and demonstrate speed
- Good oral and written command of French
- English and/or German would be an asset
