The Nursing Directorate is looking for the Internal Medicine wards (30 and 24 beds) of HFR Tafers,
Health Specialist (FaGe)
40-100% permanent contract
Tasks
- You provide high-quality care in collaboration with the patient and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing care concept.
- You receive patients according to the applicable professional standards and the department-specific organization.
- You perform medical-technical and nursing tasks within the defined scope of competence.
- In addition, you take on tasks in logistics, administration, and housekeeping.
- You contribute to the further development of the department.
- You ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it.
- You work closely with our nursing professionals in a tandem model and thus jointly care for our patients as a team.
- You support trainees and interns.
Profile
- You have a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a Health Specialist (FaGe).
- Fluent German language skills (min. B2), knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You are proficient in common computer programs.
- You practice your profession with joy, are motivated, a team player, flexible, and resilient.
- You work reliably, conscientiously, and gladly take on responsibility.
- You bring communication skills and social competence.
- If interested, there is the possibility to take on the role of vocational trainer.
