Foreman Rail Service (m/f/d) 80-100%

To strengthen our rail service team, we are looking for a committed personality as Foreman Rail Service at the Gränichen location by arrangement. 

• You lead the rail service personnel technically and organizationally on construction sites and during maintenance work
• You take over the management of operating resources, act as the person responsible for chemicals, document superstructure inspections, and work in the area of asset management
• You create weekly programs, take over the AVOR, and organize construction sites including construction management tasks
• You are responsible for instructing railway and non-railway personnel and ensure compliance with all regulations regarding track facilities
• You carry out maintenance and repair work on railway infrastructure, track facilities, and switches
• You work in embankment and green area maintenance as well as in other infrastructure areas
• You perform various tasks in civil engineering (drainage, embankment stabilization, roads, paths, etc.)
• You take on safety-relevant activities as safety chief and safety watchman RTE 20100

• Completed vocational training in a craft, preferably as a track builder EFZ / traffic route builder EFZ
• Several years of proven professional experience as a foreman in the rail or construction industry
• Driver's license category B mandatory, willingness to obtain category C (truck) and train driver A40
• Reliable, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a strong safety mindset
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Residence near the workplace, ability to reach the workplace within 30 minutes mandatory
• Very good physical condition, very good vision and hearing, strong safety awareness
• Willingness for irregular work assignments: on-call duty, night and weekend work
