Professional and business management leadership of the medical area
Personnel responsibility and strategic site development
Independent care of general medical patients in primary care
Promotion of team medicine and cooperative collaboration with specialist colleagues
Further development of the medical offer at the location in coordination with the Medbase regional management
What you bring
Completed medical studies with further training as a specialist in general internal medicine
Collaboration with the practice coordinator and administration management to optimize practice processes
Several years of experience in general practice routine
Proven leadership experience in a comparable function
Team-oriented working style and strong communication skills
Empathy and commitment in dealing with patients, colleagues
